This page combines my experience in health education and the role of HR to attract and select qualified personnel to their organization. Marketing and HR are often placed as two separate entities within an organization but the two departments are remarkably similar. Combining marketing and HR can allow an organization to stand out in the job market and increase its brand awareness. HR and marketing departments are trying to educate attract, and retain talent, and their overall goal is to increase external and internal opinion and increase employee satisfaction. The pieces here both attract, educate, and demonstrate my writing and communication skills.
Digital Advertisement
This is a print/digital advertisement piece that sparks curiosity in viewers and leads them to an education platform. The image creates a vivid visual reminder of all the opportunities for learning that are available just outside one’s front doors. The full project required research and critical analytic skills to identify my target audience.

Instagram Engagement Post
This piece is a hypothetical (or future) Instagram page for me as a CPHR professional. The page will allow me to educate viewers about what HR professionals do, how we can create more inclusive and barrier-free work environments, and interesting facts, stats and questions that will build curiosity to my brand and profession.
